The Details

• Minimum 30 night stay. 
• 1 Dog allowed, up to 100lbs, no aggressive breeds $350 Fee
• Golf Cart Available to use during stay, must have a valid drivers license. 
• Ring Doorbell camera at entry
• In the event of cancellation, Travel Insurance, Damage Protection and any processing or administrative fees are non-refundable.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 15 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 15 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
